Senior

        Consultant

As part of the Management Solutions Group, a Senior Consultant is expected to manage IT management solution engagements. This includes delivering high quality services to the client that exceed their expectations, supervising and assigning tasks to project resources, managing client expectations, managing project costs and schedule, providing evaluation input for members of project teams, making presentations to clients and conducting quality assurance on all client deliverables. Additionally, a Senior Consultant should provide pre-sales support, mentor other consultants in areas of subject matter expertise, contribute to the maintenance of the practice area's methodology, and publish write papers and articles on IT management topics.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business, computer science or a related field
• Masters degree in business, computer science or related field (preferred)
• Seven years experience in consulting, finance, or computer support
• Two years of management experience
• Project management experience preferred but not required

As part of the management solutions group, a Consultant is responsible to actively participate in IT management solution engagements. This includes conducting interviews and workshops to document client's current IT management processes, policies and procedures, developing solutions to solve the client's IT management problems, creating customer deliverables and making presentations to clients. In addition, a Consultant must contribute to the maintenance of the practice area's methodology, the customers and public courses on IT management topics, and publish white papers and articles on IT management topics.
